New NATO Headquarters Revised design Common Infrastructure Background New NATO Headquarters - Revised design     Location of the Common Infrastructure The Common Infrastructure is located on the east side of the Agora and is integrated into the texture and weave of the office buildings, rendering it highly accessible from the HQ proper via the Agora, and offering visitors a controlled view into the Agora. The various functions of the Common Infrastructure are located on two levels in and between two major office wings. At ground level, general visitors, the restaurants and shops. Just above resides the Public Diplomacy Division, with public and private areas. On the Mezzanine, the flexible and divisible Brosio and Lange rooms have glazed view-points onto the agora as well as onto the main concourse of the Common Infrastructure.
