NMCRL OFFLINE is meant to be used without an internet connection. It provides access to less features and data than the NMCRL WEB application.

The main features of NMCRL OFFLINE:

  • downloadable application compatible with Windows,
  • shareable on local network,
  • updates every 2 months.
  • all of this and so much more ...

NMCRL OFFLINE does not include:

  • characteristics data,
  • packaging data,
  • custom Codes (HS, Schedule B),
  • common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV),
  • images.

NMCRL OFFLINE required configuration

  • Operating System: Windows 8.1, 10 or 11,
  • Memory: 4 GB RAM,
  • HDD: 20 GB of free space,
  • CPU: 1 GHz,
  • Networkable for up to 20 concurrent users.
