NATO Secretary General to visit Morocco Background NATO's Mediterranean Dialogue & Istanbul Cooperation Initiative The Secretary General of NATO Mr Jaap de Hoop Scheffer will visit Morocco on 17 February 2005. During this visit, the Secretary General will meet the H.M. the King of Morocco Mohammed VI and the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, Mr Taïb Fassi-Fihri.
