NATO Secretary General to visit Austria The NATO Secretary General, Jaap de Hoop Scheffer, will travel to Vienna on Thursday, 18 November 2004. He will meet with President Heinz Fischer, with Federal Chancellor Wolfgang Schüssel, Minister of Foreign Affairs Ursula Plassnik and Minister of Defence Günther Platter. He will also hold a speech at the Austrian Academy of National Defence.
