NATO Secretary General to visit Spain 4 june 2004 The NATO Secretary General, Jaap de Hoop Scheffer, will travel to Madrid on Friday, 4 June 2004. He will meet with Prime Minister José Luis Rodriguez Zapatero, with Minister of Foreign Miguel Angel Moratinos and with Minister of Defence José Bono.
