NATO Secretary General to address North Atlantic Assembly in Bucharest The Secretary General of NATO, Dr. Javier Solana, will travel to Bucharest on 13 October to address the 43rd Annual Session of the North Atlantic Assembly (NAA). He will also meet the President, Mr. Emil Constantinescu, the Speaker of the Senate, Mr. Petre Roman, and the Speaker of the House, Mr. Ion Diaconescu.
