NATO' s Political-Military Steering Committee with Partners to meet in Ljubljana, Slovenia INFORMATION NATO' s Political-Military Committee (PMSC) will meet with Partners in Ljubljana, Slovenia, on 10-11 October. This will be the first meeting of a NATO committee with Partners outside NATO headquarters. The meeting will exchange views on civil-military relations and democratic control of the armed forces. Sessions will cover the interaction of government agencies in the security field; parliamentary oversight; ministry of defence/armed forces relations; and the role of the media, non-governmental relations and academia.
