The outbreak of Ebola virus disease in West Africa is unprecedented in many ways, including the high proportion of doctors, nurses, and other health care workers who have been infected.
In accordance with the procedures at reference, EADRCC has received on 01 September 2014, an assistance request from United Nations Office for Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA).
